The Pope to the Devotion

The title Pope denotes the Bishop of Rome, who, in virtue of his position as successor of St. Peter, is the chief pastor of the Catholic Church, the Vicar of Christ upon the earth.

On the June 7, 2019 Ad Limina visit of the Philippine Bishops to Pope Francis, when asked about matters of Lipa Apparition, Pope Francis said, referring to the devotion to the Lady of Lipa or Our Lady Mary Mediatrix of All Grace: “Do not stop the people, accompany them, guide them and let them understand that their devotion to Mary will lead them to Jesus.”

We remember the biblical words that must have guided the devotion through all these seven decades:
Acts 5:38-39 – “Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”

May God’s will be done, may His kingdom come. May the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Our Lady Mary Mediatrix of All Grace come!
