In response to the September 12, 2015 decree of Archbishop Ramon C. Arguelles, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) issued a decree dated December 11, 2015. A copy of which was only communicated and given to Archbishop Ramon Arguelles on May 28, 2016, and seen for the first time by the public on June 25, 2016, at the website of the Diocese of Pasig. The said 2015 CDF Decree nullifies the statement of approval from Archbishop Ramon C. Arguelles.
